What does the bag come with?

The regular Monaco bag includes a changing mat, pair of stroller straps/clips, one long messenger strap and a dust bag.

How can I clean my bag?

A damp cloth may be used to clean the exterior of the Monaco bag and wipe clean. The satin lined interior of the Monaco may be spot cleaned using a cloth soaked in warm water & baby detergent or dawn soap. After wiping, let the inside of the bag air dry for five minutes. Make sure to avoid alcohol based products on both the interior and exterior of the bag.

Will my pump fit in the bags?

Our customers are easily able to fit pumps of all varieties in our bags! To ensure fit and reference size, please refer to the dimensions listed for our Monaco Diaper bag.

How long does it take to ship & deliver my bag?

Orders within the United States will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days Please refer to our International Policy for information on International shipment processing and delivery times.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at
Info@lulibebe.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
