Preorders and International orders

We are very excited to get your pre-ordered items and are working diligently to make that happen on time!

We love communication and if any delay occurs you're going to be the first to know!

Please note if you pre-order additional items and those items are scheduled to arrive at a later date, your entire order may be held until all items are in stock and ready to ship. To prevent delays, or if you need an item sent as soon as it arrives, please place separate orders for items arriving at different times

Please note, your credit card will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order. We will deliver to customers in strict chronological order.

Normally the shipping time takes 4-8 weeks to arrive.

 

International orders.

International orders usually arrive within 15-20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Sometimes if the products stays in customs, the delivery might be delayed. We will not issue refunds if the product is in customs for 180 days. If after 180 days there is no updates we will issue a refund or offer a replacement.

Duties and Taxes are not included will be the responsibility of the receiving party. 

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country.

International Refunds do not include any shipping charges or international customs charges incurred upon ordering
